This is a dress I made for my wife. It weighs in at about 25 lbs, and is made from 14 gauge galvanised steel wrapped round a 3/8 inch steel rod and cut into links by hand. The hooks on the front are hand twisted out of wire, and are galvanised steel as well.

She likes it. But, there is a different picture of hir in it that she likes more, tho' it doesn't show off the dress as well as this one does, IMO. Glad you liked it!

Nice work - Myself, I usually deal with The Ring Lord for rings but yeah... doing them yourself, well done. From the size the photo is, everything appears to be nicely uniform in shape and size.

I prefer to make them myself... Cheaper, and I am assured of their quality.

Very, very nice! I wish I had time to make something like that for myself! Just currious, how long did it take you? Including cutting the rings, if you know.

I like to make my own rings too. Cheaper, and I get exactly what I need! I should put some of my maille on here..... I make jewelry out of it.

That is a very nice dress. Does the weight get to be a problem with extended wear?
